  • Sign in!

    You have to sign in to be able to shop on our web-site, which is very easy. You will need to fill up the form and choose a personal password.

    We respect our customer’s privacy. We ensure that we will not sell or give any personal information to any other private person or company.

  • Quitting your membership

    If you want to quit your membership, you can do this by clicking on the “Quit Membership” link.

    If you have forgotten your password, you can use our “Forgot your Password?” service.

  • Change your Password?

    If you want to change your Password, go to the page “Registration Information” and click on “Change Password”. Write your new password and click “Send”.

  • How to order?

    Clicking “Add to cart”, to list titles of interest. You can then edit your list. If you want to delete a title, type “0” in the amount box. Clicking the “Update Cart Content” bring up the most recent version. Purchase only begins when you click on “Check out Order”.

  • "Buy Later List"

    If you have signed in you can save a list containing books of interest for future reference by clicking the “Buy Later List” button beside titles you have chosen.

  • Invoice

    An Invoice will be packed and shipped together with your order.

  • Returns

    Our deliveries are prepared, controlled and packed with care. If, however, you receive an imperfect copy a replacement will be made free of charge.
    Please contact us before you return any book. Returns are subject to Turkish regulations.
    Goods lost or damaged during transport are not replaced by the publishing house.

  • By credit card

    Having your shopping cart prepared, click on "Check Out" to reach Step 1, where you can revise the delivery address. On Step 2 you can choose the payment method. If you want to pay with your credit card, choose "By Online Credit Card Payment". All credit-card payments are done through the virtual POS System of the bank Garanti Bankasi. The entire money transfer is made between the bank and the credit card holder. Zero Production / Ege Yayinlari has no access to this process.

    If you don't want to use your credit card in this online payment system, you may
    use our "Fax Order Form". That means you click on "Fax Order Form". Your shopping cart will appear automaticaly. After filling the informations including your credit card informations, please send the form per fax to 0090 212 244 32 09.

  • Bank transfer

    Bank transfers are also acceptable, any additional bank charges will be paid by the customer.
    You may transfer the sum to a bank account in Turkey or in Germany. Both accounts are for Euro payments.

  • Fax Order Form

    If you want to pay per credit card, but are not fond of using your credit card online, you may choose this option.

    After preparing the list of the books you wish to order, click on "By Fax Order Form". There you can write your credit card details, take a print out and and send it as fax to us.  Our Fax Number: 0090 - 212 244 32 09

  • Packing and Postage

    For all orders placed from anywhere outside of Turkey, packing and registered surface shipping is included to the price. Faster delivery, by air mail or private courier service, will be charged to the customer. Although delivery by courier service is fast (two days in average for Europe) costs are high.
    Any costs imposed by the country of destination, such as custom fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address

    To sign in, you have to give your address. If the address of delivery is different, please do not forget to note the delivery address on the order form.
